Special Issue Introduction
During the last decades, networked control systems (NCSs) are often influenced by unavoidable environmental disturbances, component failures, cyber-attacks, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the performance of NCSs when it comes to security issues. The most common types of cyber-attacks include denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, deception attacks and replay attacks, etc. Ensuring secure information transmissions while achieving the high performance of the NCSs is a realistic and valuable problem. This Special Issue is devoted to publishing original works related to new trends and techniques in secure NCSs. All papers demonstrating innovative ideas and technologies to solve various unsolved problems and challenges in secure NCSs are welcomed. This Special Issue invites researchers and experts around the world to submit high-quality original research papers on potential topics. The topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
1. Modelling, analysis, and optimal control of Secure NCSs;
2. Efficient information transmission strategy in limited communication resources;
3. Optimal control problem for secure NCSs with hybrid attacks;
4. AI-based secure control methods in NCSs;
5. Security control issues about data transmission in time-varying networks;
6. Learning-based nonlinear secure control: method and applications;
7. Algorithms on security control analysis based on game theory;
8. Optimization problems in intelligent grids;
9. Stability analysis of data-driven modeling, control, and optimization;
10. Secure control in complex industrial processes and applications.
